Lubri actually measures bearing vibration when the sensors are mounted on the bearing housing. Continue to pump the grease and watch the vibration value go down. The bearing is well lubricated when the value no longer goes down. Extending the life of the bearing, as easy as this!
Dry bearings: When vibration values are too high, add grease.
Add grease: As vibration values decrease, continue adding lubrication.
Lubrication OK : When vibration values are OK, the bearing is properly lubricated.
Data collection . collection of vibration data from the entire machine.
Total measured values: Vibration speed for the entire machine.
Frequency bands: 3 frequency bands for best signal detection.
Collect and import
LUBRI can measure and store two basic values. Acceleration in ig for the bearing condition and velocity in mm/s (or ips) for the entire machine condition.
Collect data with LUBRI regularly and import it into free DDS software. Follow vibration trends and monitor the actual condition of the machine.
