Pick-up sensor for gears made of ferromagnetic material
The FGL8/1 is a sensor for very low and high speeds by detection of ferromagnetic material.
Rotary speed sensors of the FGL8/x series are suitable for non-contact speed sensing on objects made of ferromagnetic material and are intended for connection to digital speed indicators or frequency/analog converters. They consist of a differential sensor with downstream amplifier with push-pull output stage. As transducers with 3-wire connection, they provide a square-wave signal at the output.
Detection of gears up to module 0.7.
Advantage: Measurement of very low to very high speeds possible.
Operating voltage: 7...30VDC
Sampling frequency: approx. 0...20kHz
Temperature range: -40...100°C
Air gap: (depending on module) approx. 0.3...2.0mm
Protection class IP67 according to DIN EN 60529
