About the product
Incremental encoder based on a magnetic scanning principle. Bearing less design for indefinite useable life.
The encoder consist of two parts. First the magnet which rotate and couples onto the driving shaft.
The second scanning unit is stationary and connects to the recieving Electronics providing two 90º phase shifted HTL-signals.
The MG22 encoder can be supplied with any resolution up to 1024 ppr. A marker pulse or index pulse can be provided up on request.
The MG22 type of encoder is typically used for relative positioing or velocity vontrol.
